Cancellation Policy (Park Entry & Events)
Bark Pass Entry to the Park
Entry pass cannot be interchanged between dogs in one household or a combination of dogs between households. 1 Day Drop-In Bark Pass is NON-CANCELABLE. 30 Day Bark Pass and 1 Year Bark Pass ARE CANCELABLE. In order to cancel your membership, please email us at bark.at.us@barkbarkadventurepark.com in order to process the cancellation.
1 Day Drop-In Bark Pass Entry:
This pass is to be used for 1 (ONE) entry into the park any day the park is open.
30 Day/1 Month Bark Pass Entry:
This pass is to be used for unlimited entries into the park within 30 (THIRTY) consecutive days when the park is open.
1 Year Bark Pass Entry:
This pass is to be used for unlimited entries into the park within 365 consecutive days when the park is open.
Events
Your purchase of an event pass to our park is NON-CANCELABLE. IF an event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will able to request a refund or use your pass for the rescheduled date of the event. Event passes are distributed per dog in one household. An "add-on/discount" event pass for a second dog in one household is not offered.
Return Policy (Retail Area)
We think our products are must haves, but you might not agree! Bark Bark Adventure Park LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions:
ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged or defective upon receipt, item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with tags attached.
FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued either in the original form of payment or as store credit only. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
EXCLUDED ITEMS. All items, with the exception of the following, are eligible for return: Clearance/Final Sale Items, Perishable, Gift cards. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of store management.
IN-STORE RETURNS. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
