How old do I have to be to enter park?
Anyone who enters the door to Bark Bark Adventure Park MUST BE OVER 18 for liability reasons. There are no exceptions.

 

How many dogs can I bring?
Two dogs is the maximum per person and must be accompanied by the primary or secondary person listed in their admission profile.

 

How old does my dog have to be for entry to the park?
Your dog needs to be over 6 months. Any dog that is over 1 year MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED. No dogs IN HEAT. We don't need that drama!

You should wait 1 to 2 weeks (7–14 days) after your dog completes their final round of puppy vaccinations before taking them to a dog park. This waiting period allows their immune system to fully develop the necessary antibodies to protect against diseases like parvovirus and distemper. 

 

Is this a doggy daycare or a dog park? 
Both! We run daycare 7 days a week from 7a-7p. Daycare is a separate service from the daily/monthly/yearly Bark Pass membership. The purpose of Bark Bark Adventure Park is to enjoy a shared experience with your dog and be active. All dog pawrents are solely responsible for their own dogs behavior and safety when they are using the dog park.

 

What do I need to do before I go? 
Two things.
1)  Make sure your dog(s) is up to date with their Rabies, DHLPP/DA2PP (Distemper) and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccines. You will be asked to upload this information in your admission profile.

2) You will be sent a follow up email to your purchase asking for you to complete the registration process. This includes uploading the vaccination information above. Following these steps will make your entry to the park seamless.

*It is strongly recommended that you wait 2 full weeks to come to the park after your dog receives his/her updated vaccination(s) to ensure maximum protection for both your dog and the dogs at the park. Always consult your veterinarian to determine the best timeline based on your dog's specific vaccine schedule and your local risk factors. 
 
 

I have a small dog and don't want a Great Dane to sit on him. Will there be designated areas for dogs, based on size? Yes! There is a separate section for dogs that are 25 lbs. and smaller. Dogs that are 25 lbs. and small can go in both areas based on the dog parent's digression.  Exception: The snack bar area is unleashed and all dogs are welcome no matter their size.

Is the walking track a leashed or unleased area? There's no blueprint for this dog park layout! We're going to require it as a leashed area to control the chaos starting off! We don't need people tripping over dogs when walking!

 

I want to make my dog a viral sensation! Will I see my dog's photos or videos on your socials? 
Like anywhere you go in pubic these days, there's the likelihood you are seen in someone else's photos without your consent. The online admission profile will include a box to check off stating you give Bark Bark Adventure Park LLC your consent to be photographed or recorded while on our property. Don't worry! We'll only use the photos where your eyes are open!

Can I bring my own food/treats/toys in the park?
No. We don't need dogs and people fighting over your Happy Meal toy! No outside food is permitted. IF you have treats for training, they need to be in a sealed pouch and not accessible to others. The park offers a water station for dogs in our relief room. We DO recommend bringing your own reusable bowl for your dog to drink out of. We try to avoid communal drinking with the dogs. Reusable bowls are also available for purchase.

 

What type of dogs are allowed in the park?
We invite dogs of all shapes and sizes and must be properly socialized for group play. The only dogs we do not accept are jerks! 

If your dog (or pawrent) has shown a history of aggression (towards dogs and humans), or exhibits bullying behavior (towards dogs and humans), please stay home. We are a JERK FREE ZONE. You know your dog(s) the best and are 100% responsible for their actions. The staff reserves the right to kindly ask you and your dog(s) to leave the park and no refund will be applied. 

Are you screening for temperament?

Not at this time. We put the responsibility in the hands of the dog owner to know their dog the best and make the judgement as to how their dog will act in this type of environment. We are supplying our staff with precautionary training as well. But yes, if there is a situation where a dog doesn't seem like a fit, we will most definitely address it.

I've heard about dogs getting in fights at local parks and I'm super nervous to bring my dog here. What kind of safety measures are taken?
We take safety seriously and focus on providing a stress-free environment.

Our staff will be trained in conflict management and the identification of behavioral triggers.  We will have cameras throughout the park to give us extra eyes if an incident does indeed occur.

Everyone who enters the park check in with the front desk. By becoming a Member, you consent being captured on video. The video is the exclusive property of Bark Bark Adventure Park LLC.

In the event of an incident in the park, we may - at our discretion - release portions of this video to investigating authorities or others. In addition to camera footage, we will share contact information with all parties involved in the incident with you or your dog. The staff reserves the right to kindly ask you and your dog(s) to leave the park and no refund will be applied. You know your dog(s) the best and are 100% responsible for their actions.

I noticed your gate entries to the unleashed play areas don't allow for my dog to get through while in his wheelchair? Is there a way to access that area so my dog can enjoy that space? Don't worry! We got you! We can easily expand the opening between the panels for anyone that needs wider access to enjoy the space. Just ask for assistance at the front desk!
